All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 6–12 business days
- GCC & Asia: 8–12 business days
- USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 8–14 business days

Taxes & Customs
All taxes and customs duties are prepaid.
Customers do not pay anything upon delivery, regardless of the destination country.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking may take 48 - 72 hours to update.
Unclaimed or Returned Orders
If the order:
- Is not collected from the pickup point within the carrier’s deadline,
or - Is refused at delivery,
or - Is returned due to non-collection,
the customer will be responsible for the original shipping fee and must cover the reshipping cost if they want the parcel shipped again.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your address is entered correctly.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay the reshipping fee.
